Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hunamade! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, please note our return and refund policy is aligned with our production partner's guidelines:

1. All Sales Are Final:
Due to the custom nature of our products, including hoodies, apparel, and mugs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Reporting Issues:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide:

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue.
  • Your order number and a brief description of the problem.

3. Resolution Process:
Once we receive your request, we will review the details and work with our partner to resolve the issue. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our production partner's policy.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom items made to your specifications.
  • Products that have been worn or used.
